Nathan R. Bauder was called to the British Columbia bar on May 8, 2002. After articling with Hope Heinrich Barristers & Solicitors in Prince George, he worked as an associate with the firm until 2004, practising in the areas of family, criminal and civil litigation. He also acted as agent for the Federal Prosecution Service and Minister under the Employment and Assistance Act.
In 2004, Mr. Bauder commenced work as an associate with Tyo Law Corporation in Prince George, practising family law and acting as counsel for the Director of the Ministry of Children and Family Development. In July 2005, Mr. Bauder started Nathan R. Bauder Law with an office in Fort Nelson, expanding with an office in Prince George, and most recently, Dawson Creek, BC.
